Around the holidays, you're probably always on the move whether that is baking cookies, driving from one sister's house to the other, wrapping gifts or decorating the roof of your house in lights, but whatever it is that you're doing, you probably haven't had the time to care about yourself and your well-being. Bustle has a few ways to help keep you healthy and well this season during all the chaos.

  • Get a flu shot because if you or anyone in your family were to come down with the flu, the holidays would have to come to a full-stop until you were well again. No one likes being sick around the holidays.
  • Practice yoga or another form of relaxation which will allow you to unplug and unwind even if it's just for twenty minutes a day. If you take just a little bit of time for yourself, you could feel significantly better the rest of the day.
  • Stay hydrated as best as you can because being dehydrated will only drag you down and make you feel sluggish. If you're not at your best then it will be harder for you to get everything that you need to get done!

Our busy schedules this time of the year can really hinder any effort we usually take into self-care and healthy behaviors. Put yourself first and make sure that you're happy and healthy this season.
