We all want that quick fix to lose weight. But, if you are serious about losing weight I have found a fun way to do it and hopefully keep it off.

This is going to sound so mean, so I guess I am sharing this information lightheartedly, but according to a study from Baylor University hanging out with heavy people can hinder or slow your weight loss progress.

The study found that when hanging out with other heavier people, you are less likely to lose weight. You are more comfortable around other heavy people and experience less weight discrimination with them.

Your chances are better to shed pounds if you include thinner people in your social network.
