It’s Time To Try A Coffee Nap
We all love a good nap. But, I don't know about you but I hate that groggy post nap feeling I have when I wake up from a good snooze.
According to Health.com, maybe it's time to try a coffee nap. How it works: Drink a cup of java, then get 20 to 30 minutes of rest. Caffeine's effects take around a half hour to peak, so you'll get a burst of alertness when you wake up.
"A coffee nap will leave you ready to crush the rest of your day."
I love the feeling I get when I get a good, quick nap in the afternoon. But, sometimes I just don't want to get up and moving. So, I think if this really works it will be a great way to enjoy a good nap and a great cup of coffee.
But, since I don't drink coffee, you will have to try it and let me know how it works.
