Self-Help Tools For 2018
With many of us happy that 2017 is in the past, there are many great tools that you (and I) can implement in 2018 to make it a great year! Bustle thought it would be nice to compile a list of these self-help tools for your consideration.
- Meditation which if you haven't tried it, you should start to consider it. Some researchers are now believing that meditation can help to fight anxiety, depression and insomnia.
- Yoga because not only will it make you more flexible, benefits also include less chronic pain, muscle strength and tone and better heart health.
- Mindfulness is when you make an effort to be in the moment that you are in right now, consciously aware of what you are doing right now, not in five minutes, not five minutes ago, but right now.
We all have stress in our lives, but if we take time every day to work on our self-care with one of these tools, 2018 may soon become a lot more manageable than 2017 was for a lot of us.
