If you are lazy, hate working out or were just hoping that someday you could think your way to a thinner body, then do I have great news for you.

According to the website Indy100, a study was done from Stanford University, and it said that people who just think about exercise and consider themselves healthy live longer than people who think they're out of shape.

It sounds like it's all about positive thinking.

"When people believed they were in shape, it actually let to drops in their weight, body fat, and blood pressure."

I wonder if this is limited to getting healthy and losing weight? Or, can I be on the couch and "think" there is a pizza next to me?

Either way, it sounds pretty cool. And, a little positive thinking is good for everyone.
