Napping is the key to happiness, but I probably didn't have to tell you that. Lad Bible explains that studies have already shown that sleep has so many health benefits. You're more productive during the day when you get enough sleep at night, and you are helping to combat heart disease.

It's now coming to light though that naps (along with a full night's sleep) can increase your mood along with all of the great physical health benefits that happen as well. Just a thirty minute nap can make you more focused, more creative and happier.

Longer naps however are showing negative affects and the happiness boost no longer applies, so keep your afternoon nap to a half hour every day, and you could really begin to see more production at work, school, life, etc.

Consider bringing a pillow to work! Your boss may not appreciate that, however.
