I feel like awful sleep habits are something we all deal with. I can't even tell you the last time that I asked someone about their sleep and they told me that they got enough, felt refreshed, and were honestly ready to slay the day.
Maybe there are people who sleep really well, but I must not know them. Then again, most of the people I know are parents of either human children or four-legged children and any parent will tell you that no matter how you set things up for a good night of sleep, your child, human or otherwise, makes it their mission to completely foul that up.
In appreciation for Sleep Awareness Week, I thought maybe we'd take a peek at some of the worst sleep habits that you and I have and the ways experts say we can change those habits (don't beat yourself up too badly if you fail because...kids).
