Want to break a snacking habit? Here's a handy trick: Eating with your nondominant hand could help, reports Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin. "It makes you pay attention to what you are doing," says study coauthor Wendy Wood, Ph.D. "That gives you a window to decide whether you really want to eat or not."

My problem is that I am ambidextrous. Oh well.
