I get this kind of dream from time-to-time, and it FREAKS me out. My parents spent a lot of money on my teeth between braces, retainers and all sorts of dental visits, that they would kill me if I didn't take care of these pearly whites.

I looked it up what your teeth falling out in your dreams could mean. I got a couple of answers, so if you get these dreams, see if any of these reasons could be relatable to you.

  • You're struggling with your appearance which any person has probably felt at some point. Did someone recently say something less than flattering about you? (I've been called "horse mouth" before... yeah, jerks.) Teeth falling out can be a sign of low self-esteem so if you can, take a day for yourself, watch your favorite movie, eat your favorite foods, and do the things that you love to do.
  • The thought of growing older scares you because with growing old, you imagine the health issues, the aches and the pains, and then, inevitably, death. That is scary! Life is pretty awesome sometimes! So, without doing any risky behaviors, (you want to grow old, remember) live it up now!
  • You're about to make a major life change like you're starting a new career, or you're moving across the state. Whatever it is, be confident in your choices. There is a reason you're making this new change, so get excited for the new adventures that lie ahead!

Dreams can tell you a lot about what you're feeling, but whether you're scared of what lies ahead, or worried in your present, be confident in your choices and love yourself. You only get this one body and this one life. Use it wisely!
