Couples Should Do These Things Once A Year
Once you've been with your partner for a while, you may start to worry about losing the spark! Bustle has come up with a great list of things that you and your significant other should do once every year in order to keep the magic alive.
- Do something together that scares you whether that be skydiving or trying a new food that you swore you would never eat. Whatever it is, it can be a good bonding experience for you both.
- Go back to where you first met as a tradition of sorts to remember where you started and see how far you've come as a couple.
- Pretend to be perfect strangers and "meet" each other again for the first time. Try to win your partner over again like you did the first time you ever met. You can change your names, backgrounds, anything that you want, and then see where the night takes you!
Falling into a routine with someone is normal when you've been with them for a long time, but consider trying some new things as a way of keeping the spark alive.
