The Most Returned Presents of the Season

While we all like to give our loved ones gifts around the holidays, some presents are better left on the shelves at the stores. Here are some of the most returned gifts that are given during the holidays.

• Beauty products and cosmetics are often returned because unless you know the person you're giving these gifts to, chances are you won't know their brand, shade, scent, etc.
• Kitchen and bath items are generally given when you don't know what to give someone, and at this point, we all know this, so it's very rare that your recipient will actually enjoy this generic gift.
• Electronics, believe it or not! Buying the wrong brand, or buying the right brand, but with the wrong features, is always an obstacle. If they don't specifically pick out the product, it's best to avoid electronics.
• Toys and games, especially for children, can be tricky because either you could have duplicates of the same toy, or if they ask for Monopoly, but they meant Star Wars Monopoly when you bought The Walking Dead Monopoly.
• Clothing and shoes because, again, just like with cosmetics and beauty products, if you don't know their brand, their size or understand their style, then the odds are good that your gift will be returned.
