There are so many health trends right now that they are so hard to keep them all straight. If you want to get and stay healthy, Bustle says that there are some great old fashioned habits that can actually help you do that.
- Brushing your teeth with baking soda as it has been a cleaning staple in every household for over 170 years. It can both help to whiten your teeth as well as remove any surface stains on your teeth.
- "Air baths" which is essentially just getting good 'ol fresh air every once in a while. Benjamin Franklin coined the term, but getting outside for 30-60 minutes a day can really do wonders for your health.
- Walking barefoot outside because having physical contact with the Earth below our feet can improve well-being, help with our sleep and even reduce pain. Try it sometime!
