Johnson City Man Accused of Stealing Off-Road Motorcycle

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a Johnson City man is facing a felony charge in connection with the theft of a dirt bike.

Authorities say the off-road style motorcycle was stolen from the Binghamton Honda Shop in the Town of Fenton on May 24.

Investigators pouring over surveillance video from the business tracked down 48-year-old Anthony Depersis and arrested him June 9.

Depersis is charged with felony grand larceny and was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
