I have a cup of tea at least twice a day... mostly because I don't drink coffee, but I still need caffeine to make it through the day. A new study from scientists at the National University of Singapore (NUS) have found that drinking tea can help your brain as you age and stave off typical signs of aging.

This is good news! The findings were published in the journal Aging saying that those who participated in the study and who drank green, oolong, or black tea a minimum of four times a week, over about a 25 year period, had better connected brain regions.

Better cognitive function in the brain can absolutely help you be the best you can be in old age. I'm terrified of developing Alzheimer's or Dementia, and if drinking tea can help me at least put that off for a few years, give me all the tea!
