Food trucks are definitely a growing trend across the United States. Of course you have your run of the mill ice cream trucks and hot dog carts that you may see in your neighborhood or big cities, but there are also plenty of locally-owned eateries that call vehicles their home.

The Trucks On The Tracks festival is returning to downtown Binghamton on Thursday to honor all the local meals that you can find on four wheels.

From 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, nearly 20 food trucks will stick their vehicles in park at the Lackawanna Train Station on Henry Street, near NYSEG Stadium.
