My kids absolutely flip for this dip and say it's amazing! I love making these quick, easy dips for my kids, especially when they have friends over.

This recipe would also be prefect for Christmas parties and you could even use red and green M&M's to make it more festive!

Here's what you'll need:

1 Stick of unsalted butter at room temperature
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tsp mint extract
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
3 TB half & half or cream (whatever you use in your coffee works)
10 to 12 drops of green food coloring
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (or M&M's)

Cream butter and sugars in a bowl. Mixture will become light and fluffy, then add extracts and salt. Mix. Slowly add in flour a little at a time.  Add half and half. Mix. Add food coloring until desired green color is reached. Once it's the color you want you can add in chocolate chips or festive M&M's. I even used Oreo's before!

Now here's your chance to get creative or get the kids involved. What should you dip into it? My kids love chocolate graham crackers.
