Five Reasons You Should Eat More Pumpkin
Fall is most definitely my favorite time of the year and I can't wait for it to officially get here. I love waking up in the morning to the fresh crisp air and hearing the leaves crunch under my feet when I go for a walk in the evening.
Most of all though, I love pumpkin spice coffee creamer. I love it so much that I've been known to scoop up as many bottles as I can each grocery shopping trip to make sure that I've got enough to last through the winter.
I see so many people cracking on pumpkin, saying how much they hate this time of year because they feel like pumpkin is being shoved down their throats, but consider this, there's actually a lot more to pumpkin than the gourd is given credit for. Having digestion problems? Eat some pumpkin because it helps with digestion. I've bought canned pumpkin and given it in small amounts to my toddler when he's had plumbing issues and it's fixed the problem within a couple of hours.
