Bradford County School Bus Driver Ticketed Following Crash
The driver of a Northeast Bradford school bus is being ticketed following a crash involving the bus and a compact sport utility vehicle at 7:32 a.m. March 26.
Pennsylvania State Police say the bus driven by 81 year old Ellen Foust of Granville Summit was backing up on Mud Creek Road in Troy Township. A Subaru Outback driven by an Ulster man was behind the bus and was hit.
Officials say there were 14 children on the bus ranging in age from 6 to 18 years old. None of the kids nor either driver was hurt.
Troopers say Foust was backing up illegally.
