Sorry, but maybe it's time to stop listening to your wife about how being a workaholic is bad for your health.

It actually can be good for your health and well-being. According to the Daily Mail, 1,300 people answer questions about their work schedule, health, and well-being.

They found that being a workaholic is actually good for your health. But, there is a catch. Working long hours is good for your health IF you love what you do.

Workaholics who loved their jobs were less likely to have risk factors for things like heart disease and diabetes.  But people who worked long hours and didn't love their job were more likely to end up with health issues.

So, if you can't get enough of your job it could be one of two don't want to be home or you really do love what you do.
