Where to Celebrate the 4th of July in and Around Binghamton, New York [GALLERY]
It's been a long year. A very, very long year. With nearly 50 percent of the entire adult population in both New York and Pennsylvania fully vaccinated, state and local authorities have begun loosening up restriction in big ways and we are ready to make a run for it and get back to some semblance of normal life.
However, we're still living in strange times time where rules and regulations have a way of changing from day to day and that might be why places that normally hold 4th of July celebrations are still a bit hesitant to organize activities. While we're not seeing as many options for 4th of July celebrations (as we did pre-pandemic), these are the ones that are on for this year.
