Hosted by John Henson and judged by Carla Hall, Zac Young, and Stephanie Boswell, 'Halloween Baking Championship' season 7 returned to Food Network on Monday, September 13 and instead of being cutesy, this season is definitely leaning more toward the dark side as "10 bakers pay tribute to 1980s classic slasher movies at Camp Devil's Food Lake."

Born and raised in Montrose, Pennsylvania, Nicole grew up watching shows on Food Network such as Emerald Lagasse's show and so the fact that she would grow up and appear on one of the Network's shows herself was a dream come true.

Nicole left Montrose in 2016 in order to study baking and pastry art at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island before heading to Miami, Florida to work as a cake artist for JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa while also running her own in-home baking business.

At the age 23, Nicole was the youngest competitor in this year's Halloween Baking Championship, showcasing her talent in the hope of winning the title of being the top Halloween baker and winning

Nicole found herself in the bottom four during the second episode of the season. Forced into a sudden death bake off, Nicole was chastised for not having enough ginger flavor in her cake.  And then, a second sudden death bakeoff was called, this once involving severed hand pies and cured meat.

This time around, Nicole had too many flavors in her filling and it was described as being "pungent." Nicole was one of two bakers eliminated from the competition.
