What Is Your Favorite Summer Food?

The July 4th weekend is here. Pretty much everyone is going to be grilling this weekend and cooking up their favorite summer food. What is yours?

I love the smell of a grill in the summer. Burgers, spiedies, hot dogs, or sausage on the grill is awesome. But, what is your favorite?

My favorite thing to grill in the summer is...sausage! A nice sweet or hot sausage on a good Italian roll is my favorite grilling choice!

What is your favorite thing to grill in the summer? And, do you have any special or secret recipe that you want to share? Summers are too short and we need to maximize our grilling window.
