Everyone has a bad days. If that day is your partner's, there are a few things you can do to help cheer them up.

  • "Open when..." letters, you've probably seen these on Pinterest. Write a few heartfelt letters to your significant other for specific situations in their life. For example, "Open when you need a laugh" or "Open when you can't sleep".
  • Send them a sweet text message "just because", everyone appreciates knowing that someone is thinking about them.
  • Surprise them with a home cooked meal because when they get home from work, they're probably going to be tired, so being surprised with their favorite meal will certainly cheer them up from a long day.
  • Breakfast in bed! Who doesn't want to be woken up with a fresh, hot breakfast?
  • Give them a back massage to loosen any knots that they have in their shoulders and back. This is quite possibly the nicest thing you can do to help someone relax.

These gestures will make anyone feel better in no time.
