According to WIVB, a couple in Oregon, Kayla and BJ King, were patiently waiting their pregnant cat to deliver newborn kittens. When the day came, Kayla noticed one that had two noses, mouths and four eyes.

A two-faced kitten.

They were encouraged to share it on social media by one of their children. They did just that and the story of the kitten took off.

Two-faced cats are called "Janus" cats, after the Roman god, Janus, who was depicted with two faces.

Janus cats suffer from a "rare congenital defect called disprosopus, or cranial duplication."

According to the King family's veterinarian, there isn't much to be done for the kitten. Two-faced kittens typically don't live long. The best one can do is to care for it the time they have together.

“We’re not super optimistic but it does seem pretty lively and has an appetite and seems to be doing pretty well,” BJ said.

“It’s smaller than the other kittens but it could be the runt, too, on top of having two faces,” Kyla said.

The cat's special talent is meowing with one mouth and eating with the other!

They named the kitten, Biscuits and Gravy.
