A Johnson City man is accused of buying things using a credit card that was reported stolen.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 35-year-old Joshua Smallze is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft. 

Investigators say the stolen credit card was apparently used to make an undisclosed fraudulent purchase on July 8th

Smallz was arrested August 6. 

He was released after being charged with the two felony counts and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
