It’s Actually Good to Be Cheated On
In my last so many years of dating, I can say that I have been cheated on a handful of times in relationships. I won't name names, but according to Bustle, maybe those men were doing me a favor when they cheated. There are a few great things that you can learn moving forward (and away) from a cheating partner.
- You become more relationship savvy when you move on from someone who has been unfaithful. You learn what kind of traits you want in a partner and discover how not to get taken advantage of again. That's a win!
- What doesn't kill you makes you stronger because you're better than them! Studies have shown that after infidelity, a person's mental health and sense of well being actually gets better. Probably because they are now single and ready to mingle!
- You'll get the last laugh when you break things off and succeed on your own better than your cheating ex will. Men are competitive by nature, and if he sees you doing great after a break-up, he will most certainly have his ego bruised.
Who would want to be in a relationship with a cheater anyway? You're better off just by knowing you deserve someone you can trust.
