You look at yourself and begin scrutinizing your face, trying to figure out where the wrinkles came from. Maybe they're at the corners of your eyes or at the edges of your lips. Or, maybe you're like me and have deep lines etched into your forehead and looking at them makes you feel so old.

I have had forehead wrinkles for as long as I can remember. My mom used to call them my "concentration lines" because whenever I would think deeply about something, they'd appear. I must be a deep thinker because now the lines are there whether I'm concentrating on something or not.

If you're in your 20s or 30s and not using a good moisturizer, I'd suggest that you start. I started using one in my 30s but wish that I'd worked one into my routine earlier. Now, I'm in my 40s and spending a ridiculous amount on creams and serums trying to play catchup.  We all know the big reasons people get wrinkles but there are some other things that cause wrinkles that you might not have realized and you might be surprised to learn what they are.

However, whether you have wrinkles or not, your appearance doesn't define your worth. Sure, you want to feel good about yourself, but you can have the most beautiful skin but be ugly on the inside. The inside is where things truly matter.
