Drink of the Week – The Galaxy Cocktail

This is a cool looking drink because you make two 'layers' of color, which makes it really pretty. You could also add sugar to the rim for another pop of color. I would add either pink, purple or blue, but use your imagination!

Purple Layer:

• 1 oz. Tequila
• 3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
• 3/4 oz. Grenadine
• 1 oz.  Lemonade
• Ice

Blend.

Blue Layer:

• 1/2 oz. Vodka
• 3/4 oz. Triple Sec
• 3/4 oz. Blue Curacao
• 1 oz. Lemonade
• Ice

Blend.

When pouring into glass, just do it slowly to keep the separation of colors. Enjoy this delicious summer cocktail!
