Booing is the Pandemic Halloween Trend of 2020
Boo! Did I scare you? I didn't mean to, at least not with this kind of 'boo.'

"Booing" isn't scary or rude, in fact, booing is the thing to do to show your appreciation for the special people in your life -- by surprising them with a small gift of candy or treats left on their doorstep.
If you haven't booed anyone before, make this year the year. Tops dropped off an amazing basket at my door -- and I have to say...after a few stressful weeks of homeschooling, getting booed really put a smile on my face!
Our usual Halloween activities like school parties, neighborhood get-togethers, and trick-or-treating will for sure not be the same this year because of the coronavirus pandemic. But booing someone is the ultimate socially-distanced way to bring some Halloween fun.
Here's how to do it.
Tops Markets has a big Halloween section in their stores with items perfect for quickly putting together a personalized Boo basket (yes, they have the baskets right there too -- super easy). Put in whatever you like -- treats, goodies, small gifts -- a 6-pack for your favorite neighbor? Then, sneak up to someone's door, leave the gift, and that's how to BOO someone!
Tops has a cool list of booing ideas and coupons for things to put in your boo basket at their website.
