In April, they asked us to be a part of a blood drive with the  American Red Cross. It was a huge success and they are going to do it again. The Binghamton Devils are teaming up with the American Red Cross and Broome County Executive Jason Garner for another blood drive.

It'll take place on Tuesday, July 28th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Arena at 1 Stuart Street in downtown Binghamton. Everyone who donates blood will get a voucher for a Binghamton Devils merchandise gift card for the 2020-21 season worth $5.

You are highly encouraged to make an appointment ahead of time so that they can maintain the best safety practices., go here and enter sponsor code BINGDEVILSARENA or, call 1-800-RED CROSS.

If you're nervous because of everything that's going on, you don't need too because the Red Cross is taking extra precautions to keep donors and staff safe. They will have station sanitation after each donor and will keep proper social distancing. You can go here to see all the safety precautions that the American Red Cross is taking.

It's people like Binghamton Devils fans that are making a life-saving difference in our area. Go here for more info and hope to see you next Tuesday, July 28th.
