Warmer weather and a threat of rain could bring a possibility of some drainage flooding over the weekend.

The National Weather Service says no major issues are expected but residents in poor drainage areas should be aware of the chance of some localized water problems.

A weak low pressure area is moving through in the next day or so bringing some light snow, a little freezing rain or drizzle during the afternoon and evening of November 30.

The National Weather Service says a stronger system is to bring steadier rain December 1, leading to the drainage concerns.

Officials say while they expect significant rises on area rivers and streams, flooding is not expected on the main stem waterways at this time.
