Tompkins Woman Accused of Using Deceased Woman’s Credit Card

New York State Police accuse a Tompkins County woman of using a woman’s dead mother’s credit card.

32-year-old Jessica Klinegardner of Tompkins is charged with unlawful possession of personal identification.  Authorities say the woman had been working as a home health aide for  the deceased.

Troopers say they arrested Klinegardner  at 11:35 p.m. November 1 after a woman reported noticing suspicious charges on her late mother’s credit card.

Klinegardner’s been ordered to appear in Town of Tompkins Court in December.
