LUMA 2019 Lights Up Downtown Binghamton [SLIDESHOW]

Lights, camera, action! Downtown Binghamton was up in lights for the fifth LUMA Projection Arts Festival.

Always a unique event, several notable buildings downtown were transformed by light in front of thousands on Friday and Saturday.
