Louie G Gets A Standing Ovation At Madison Square Garden!

A couple of weeks ago we were asked to play the Star Spangled Banner at a New York Liberty basketball game at Madison Square Garden in New York City.  We have played for the Liberty for the last several years and it never gets any less exciting!

To play at the world's most famous arena is nothing short of amazing!  And, the experience is exactly how you'd expect it to be....nerve racking!  Just entering the Garden is like an experience like no other.   It's hard to explain, but being in that building and knowing the history and amazing talent that has been there over the years is surreal!

As far as getting a standing ovation, we did get one but the crowd was already standing for the National Anthem.  But, I didn't lie!  :)
