Here’s What You Need To Bring To Hot Cross Run!
A fun fitness event called Hot Cross Run is coming to Binghamton on June 18th. It is going to be happening at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton.
The Hot Cross Run is a new dynamic and extreme fitness event incorporating a 15 minute Hot Yoga session, 15 minute Crossfit routine, and a two-mile run! If you are thinking about going, I suggest that you sign up now before the price goes up.
I never leave home without my "Jack Bauer!" What is my "Jack Bauer?" Jack was the main kick-ass character from the hit Fox drama called "24"! He never left home without his bag of stuff to save the world from terrorists....various weapons and ammunition.
However, my "Jack Bauer" is filled with other survival things like Swedish Fish, a coupon for pizza and Tums.
Here is what you are going to need if you plan on attending The Hot Cross Run...you do not need your own yoga mat unless you want to bring one. Yoga will take place on the grass.
Of course, you will need a comfortable pair of running shoes and maybe some water. I recently read that if you are doing a running event do not wear new sneakers for it. If possible, use what you have been training in. You just never know what could happen with a new pair of sneakers.
