This Is The Best Way To Not Be Cranky
We've all been there! We can't figure it out but everything and everyone annoys us.
The best way to take the cranky out of your day? Grab a little nap time. In a study from the University of California at Berkeley, participants who took a 60- to 90-minute naps were more receptive to happy facial expressions than people who didn't nap.
Furthermore, non-nappers were more reactive to negative emotions, suggesting that being well rested helps us modulate our feeling. (University of California at Berkeley)
