From 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., vehicles will only be able to get to the emergency entrance on Baldwin Street from Main Street in Johnson City.

The new, roof-mounted steam pipe apparatus will be hoisted into place weather permitting.

Village Public Services officials say traffic will be controlled by flaggers for hospital traffic and emergency vehicles.

Motorists should look for alternate routes since delays are expected on Baldwin Street between Main Street and Corliss Avenue while the work is underway.
