Delta Airlines is Officially the Best, Can You Guess Which is the Worst?
The Wall Street Journal results are in and Delta Airlines is number one on the list of the "Best and Worst Airlines of 2019." Check out which airline is the worst. As you start to plan summer vacations or business trips, this list will help you pick an airline that will be less likely to cause you a headache. The criteria include factors like weather delays, lost luggage, bumped-passengers, on-time departures and arrivals, maintenance, etc.
Delta Airlines was number one for the third year in a row, while American Airlines was the worst, according to the Wall Street Journal. One of the criteria was flight cancellations. Delta had an average of 36 cancellations a day last year, compared to American's average of 159 a day in 2019.
