Now that self-isolation is becoming the norm for many of us who can stay home to try and avoid the coronavirus, there is definitely a surge in dating apps as we all are craving some human interaction.

Not being able to go out and meet people organically, it only makes sense that so many people are choosing to open up an app or go online to meet those who are also choosing to socially distance themselves.

Chatting to people online can definitely serve as a distraction while you're working from home and maybe feeling a bit stir-crazy at your house.

It makes sense, how else can you really meet someone at the moment? The bars are closed, the movie theatres are closed, there's not much you can do other than stream shows at home and snack on the food you (hopefully) stocked up on!
