Binghamton Man Arrested in West Side Shooting
A second suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting on Binghamton's West Side.
Authorities say 28-year-old Jordan Dupray of Binghamton faces several felony charges in the June 20 incident.
City police officers apprehended Dupray late Monday on State Street.
Investigators say they determined Dupray was armed with a handgun during an attempted robbery at 56 St. John Avenue.
Dupray is accused of firing one shot, wounding the other man in the arm. The injured man was treated at a hospital and released.
Dupray has been charged with attempted robbery, assault and criminal use of a firearm. He also was charged with tampering with physical evidence and a parole violation.
Police arrested 40-year-old James Durham of Binghamton shortly after the shooting. He was charged with robbery.
