Baby Found in Garbage Bag in Elmira

A Bradford County, Pennsylvania teen is accused of dumping a baby in a garbage bag in Elmira.

WETM Television reports the infant was found by passers-by at around 12:45 p.m. August 7 and they administered first aid until responders arrived.

The baby is reported to be in stable condition at a local hospital.

17 year old Harriette Hoyt of Sayre is charged with attempted murder.
