Today is the first day of December which means Christmas is just around the corner and people are going to go crazy!!! Decorating, making cookies, buying gifts &... Christmas movies! Freeform (formerly ABC Family) ALWAYS does a 25 day countdown to Christmas with a tonnnn of Christmas movies.

I, like probably most of you, have already started watching Christmas movies though. I mean just yesterday I watched Fred Clause (with Vince Vaughn), & over the weekend I watched 'The Grinch', 'Santa Clause' & 'Four Christmases'! I mean I just freaking love Christmas movies haha!

Now this maybe weird... but I absolutely LOVE learning about films, how people were cast, who got rejected, special effects, improved lines and just any weird fact I can get my hands on. I feel like when you know these facts you look at the film in a new way, which maybe bad sometimes but most of the time it's good haha!

2. An episode of "MythBusters" proved that a person's tongue CAN instantly get stuck to a freezing pole like in "A Christmas Story" (p.s. my sister dared me to do this one time while riding a ski lift... I did it, but thank goodness my tongue didn't get stuck hahah!)

3. "The Santa Clause" joke involving '1-800-SPANK-ME' caused massive problems for parents when kids discovered that it connected them to an actual phone sex hotline. Some people actually dialed the number and reported to having racked up hundreds of dollars in phone bills haha!

4. The Grinch was black-and-white in the original Dr. Seuss book, and it was the 1996 animated film director who had the idea to make him green....
