    White Peach Sangria

The author of this recipe says that it’s a really flexible one, “Add in your favorite fruits, or if you aren't into alcohol, leave it out and add more juice. If you like your drink a little stronger, add in more wine to taste.” Here’s what to do- in a pitcher, add 1 bottle of white whine, 1 bottle of sparkle peach juice, 1 sliced peach, 1 sliced pear, 10 to 15 pitted and sliced cherries and 4-5 sprigs of fresh mint. Throw in the fridge for at least and hour before serving.

    Watermelon Lemonade

This recipe makes enough to fill two glasses, but can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled. In a pitcher, add 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 cup of fresh watermelon puree (be sure to strain it through a coarse strainer to remove the seeds), 3 tablespoons of simple syrup, a splash (or more if you want it extra boozy) of vodka or rum and 3/4 a cup of cold water. Stir it all up and serve over ice. If you want, you can make this non-alcoholic by omitting the vodka or rum.

    Champagne Mojitos

In a glass or bowl, put 1/4 a cup of fresh mint leaves, 1/4 cup thai basil leaves, 3 tablespoons of super fine sugar and 2 limes, cut into wedges. Muddle them up- if you’re not sure what muddle means, it basically means mashing them up. Pour 1 cup of rum into a pitcher and add the mint mixture that you muddled. Then, add 1 bottle of cold sparking wine, stir together and pour into ice filled glasses.

    Cucumber Cooler

In a shaker, add 6 mint leaves, 3 tablespoons of gin, 1/4 of a sliced lime and muddle it up. Then, add 4-6 thinly sliced cucumbers to the shaker and give it a good, hard shake. Pour the mixture into a glass with ice and top with tonic water. This drink tastes even better if you let it sit a couple minutes before drinking it.

    Blueberry Rum Smash

This recipe makes one drink. Cover the bottom of a big glass with fresh blueberries and then add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 3/4 an ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice and muddle (or smash with the back of a spoon) until all of the sugar is melted. Just be careful that you don’t mash everything into a pulp. Put crushed ice in the glass and add 2 ounces of rum. Top off with ginger ale, stir and sip!

    Jalapeño-Lime Spritzer

If you like a little heat on your tongue, you're really going to love this recipe. In a pitcher, combine 3 cups of club soda, 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup agave nectar, 1 thinly sliced lime and 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced and seeded. Or not, the choice is up to you. Serve this drink over ice.

    Pineapple, Lime, and Coconut Spritzer

Grab a large pitcher and into it, put 3 cups of pineapple juice , 2 cups of coconut water and 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice. Put the pitcher in the fridge and let it cool for 30 minutes or more (but not more than 12 hours). Just before you serve it, add the club soda. Pour over ice and garnish with a pineapple. Add a splash of rum to the glass if you want to make this an alcoholic drink.

    Berry Manhattan

Simple and delicious is the name of the game for this drink. In an ice filled pint glass, add 1 tablespoon of summer berry jam, 1/2 a teaspoon of chopped rosemary, 1 tablespoon of sweet vermouth, and 1/4 cup of rye. Cover, shake, strain and then drink!
