October 21st is "Count Your Buttons" Day and as made-up holidays go this is a real head-scratcher. However, in a world that seems to be going in every possible direction, it's good to have a pleasant distraction from the pandemic, election, New York State travel restriction world that we live in.

So count the number of buttons you have on your shirt or jacket...or in my case all the buttons that I find in the washer after I'm done with the wash. I have two buttons that I absolutely love.

The one that I have of Tara in the picture above and the one that I wear around Christmas that says "It's okay to say 'Merry Christmas' to me." Since so many people have started to put up their Christmas decorations, I think I'll start wearing it now.

Here are some other buttons you could wear that will make them smile:

Was that the look you were going for? You missed

I started out with nothing and still have most of it left.

Is your family or friends coming over for the holidays? Wear this button when you answer the door. Make yourself at home. Clean my kitchen...or the bathroom.

Here's a button that Traci could wear for me to see. Does your train of thought have a caboose? As anyone who listens to the Hawk Morning Show knows, the answer would be "NO."

What's your favorite button to wear?
