In Broome County, people who visited Tony’s Italian Grill on East Main Street Endicott October 13 between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m., October 14 or 15 between 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or the 16th between 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. are asked to self quarantine.

Patrons at Ripic’s Carousel Lanes Bowling Alley on Laurel Avenue Binghamton October 15 between 6 and 10 p.m. may have been exposed and customers at Remlik’s Grille and Oyster Bar in Binghamton October 17 between 7:15 and 9 p.m. are asked to self-quarantine for 14 days.

Cortland locations are: Planet Fitness on Clinton Avenue October 10 between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., CVS Pharmacy on Port Watson Street October 10 between 5 and 9 p.m., JM McDonald Sports Complex on Fairgrounds Drive for the Adult Indoor Soccer League October 11 between 6 and 9 p.m., Central City Bar and Grill on Central Avenue October 13 between 2 and 7 p.m., Pita Gourmet on Main Street October 15 between 5 and 6:30 p.m., CortLanes on Route 13 October 17 between 10 and 11 a.m. and Two Rivers Church on Homer Avenue October 18 for the 11 a.m. service.  Anyone at those locations and times should self-quarantine for 14 days from the date of exposure.
