Two Busted for Drugs in Waverly Traffic Stop
A Reading, Pennsylvania man and a Chemung County man are facing drug-related charges in Tioga County.

Waverly Police say 38-year-old Anthony Stutzenstein of Reading is charged with two felony counts criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia while 29-year-old Jeffrey Peaersau Junior of Chemung is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Police say during a traffic stop on Fulton Street in the Village shortly before 1:30 a.m. January 27th they found 43.5 grams of methamphetamine and scales in the vehicle.
Stutzenstein was sent to the Tioga County Jail on 20-thousand dollars bail while Peaersau was released and ordered to appear in Village of Waverly Justice Court at a later date.
