Spooktacular! An Upstate New York hotel has been named the most haunted in America!

Third time is the charm! Congratulations to the Fainting Goat Island Inn in Nichols. They took first place in USA Today's "best haunted hotel" contest.

We aren't shocked that the most haunted place in New York is in the Southern Tier. We are VERY SURPRISED about the location and we think you will be too.

If you're looking for a haunted place to visit for Halloween, there is a haunted hotel in our area. In fact, it finished third in the best-haunted hotel contest in the USA.

In 2019, the Fainting Goat Island Inn in Nichols finished second as the most haunted hotel in the USA. They've been nominated again and you can help them become the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time.)

Tara, a friend, and I stayed at the Fainting Goat Inn in Nichols and did some haunted explorations. The question we were asked was "did the doll move?" You can decide.
