Seven COVID-19 Exposures Identified in Broome & Tioga Counties
Health Departments in Broome and Tioga Counties are issuing a flurry of advisories telling people to quarantine if they were at one or more of over a half-dozen locations where someone has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks.
Anyone who was at Topper Eatery and Saloon on Union Center Maine Highway July 10 between 9:30 p.m. and midnight should self-quarantine until July 24.
Anyone who was at Pete's Legacy Diner on Old Vestal Road July 10 between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. should self-quarantine until July 24.
Anyone who was at Manni's Donuts and Diner on Vestal Avenue, Binghamton July 14 between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. should self-quarantine until July 28.
Anyone who was at the Olive Garden restaurant on the Vestal Parkway, Vestal July 13 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 pm should self-quarantine until July 27 and/or July 14 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. should self-quarantine until July 28.
Anyone who was at the Church of the Holy Family on Phyllis Street, Endwell for Sunday Service July 5 at 9:30 a.m. should self-quarantine until July 19.
In Tioga County, several people at a large wedding at Cornerstone W&W in Apalachin have tested positive for the coronavirus.
Anyone who was at the wedding July 11 should quarantine until July 25.
Anyone who was at the Cellar Restaurant and Bar on the River in Owego July 10 between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. should self-quarantine until July 24. The restaurant was where the rehearsal dinner was held prior to the wedding at Cornerstone W&W.
In all incidents, anyone who exhibits symptoms of COVID-19 such as cough, fever and aches, should contact their health care provider or local health department for advice. Do not go to the hospital or walk-in or physician's office unless instructed to do so to avoid further spread of the virus.
