Adult Toys Are the Second Most Common Item Left Behind in Hotel Rooms

Have you ever stayed in a hotel and once you've checked out realized that you left something behind? I can't recall ever leaving anything behind, but I'm sure at some point I must have or the kids forgot something.

Well, you may be surprised at what hotels often find after people have checked out.

A company called LateRooms.com surveyed more than 8,000 hotels and asked what were some of the things that people often left behind and hotel rooms. The number 1 thing people leave behind are electronics and chargers. I honestly don't think that really surprised many, but what the second most common thing definitely surprise me!

According to the survey the second most common thing people leave behind in rooms are adult toys! So that means about one out of every three items that hotel staffs find are adult toys.

What exactly is going on in these hotels?! I would imagine when most people realize that they left one of these behind, they probably don't call the hotel to check and have them mail it to them!

According to the survey some of the strangest things that hotels have found when people have checked out were a jar of snails, a prosthetic leg, a lizard and an inflatable sheep. How did the person leave without their leg?
