Ross Park Zoo in Binghamton to Host Easter Eggstravaganza

The Ross Park Zoo is the fifth oldest zoo in the country and it's right here in our backyard!

They are always doing fun stuff for the entire family, and with the weather starting to get better, they are hitting the ground running with fun stuff planned all summer long.

They stopped in the studio this morning to tell us about a fun event coming up this weekend called Eggstravaganza! It is going on Saturday and Sunday from 12 Noon to 3pm at the zoo in Binghamton.

They will have an Easter egg hunt both days with a ton of prizes to be given away. Plus, you can get your picture with the Easter Bunny!

Also, if you are going to the Binghamton Senators hockey game tonight, make sure you get there early. It is Zoo Night and a couple of their penguins will be dropping the puck to start the game!

The Ross Park Zoo opens officially for the summer on April 18th, 2015.
